Blueberries are super healthy

Some botanists say that this fruit was used in prehistoric human nutrition, 30 centuries before Christ.

The blueberry is rich in Vitamin P; its seeds have anti-hemorrhagic properties and strengthen blood vessels in cases of metrorrhagia, and arteriosclerosis, phlebitis, varicose ulcer, myocardial infarction.
