Difference between low carb and low fat diet

Many diet types are available out there in wild for us to get fooled and try on our own body. Diet is specifically means control and balance of the food we eat along with the exercise. We treat diet as the weapon for the weight loss and we defeat the main purpose here. There are two mainly famous diet types known as low fat diet and low carb diet we will see each in details in the following section.

Low carb diet: The diet is famous for the quick weight loss of the person using it, but also known for the most unpredictable diet type for the human body. I used the word UN predictable because it will harm the human body in the long term. The basic principle behind this diet is that when body is having the lack of the carbohydrates it breaks the fat chain present in the body very fast, which results in the quick weight loss. The danger in this that, lack of glucose as well as the quick reaction on the fat chain may result in harming the body long term as glucose is very essential for the proper functionality of the brain. Low carb diet also has many other side effects on the body.

Low fat diet (Oatmeal Diet): The basic principle behind this diet is that provide the low fat food like oatmeal and do some exercise to break the fat chain. This isn’t the quick diet and also requires a highly sophisticated plan like oatmeal diet plan. It has a long term effect but a very good effect too and it also doesn’t have the side effects like the low carb diet.

Diet is a good for human body but when done properly, if you overdo anything you will suffer for sure.
