Easy Astral Projection With Brainwave Entrainment?
In most modern societies, astral projection is often perceived as mysterious and improbable but this has not always been the case. Great civilizations such as the Ancient Egyptians and the Tibetans have extensive records of self-induced out of body experience practices. Their state of minds were quite likely very different than our own and they granted more importance to the exploration of consciousness than we do today.
An out of body experience is an occurrence where the consciousness of the individual disassociates (voluntarily or not) from the physical body. From there, it is able to perceive far more phenomena than it would otherwise if it was ‘locked’ into its physical body. It is free to interact with the physical environment in quite different ways than we usually do and it is capable to go beyond the physical altogether.
While there are many claims from various people about what the astral plane is and what it comprises, there are no rigorous scientific way to back those claims – at least for now. Still, one does not need to wait on science to discover what it feels like to be out of body and what can happen in this state. Astral projection can be induced by anyone with enough motivation to learn to alter his or her consciousness to this effect. Most people who try to achieve this kind of experience, however, give up before they succeed.
It is not so immediately easy to deeply calm the mind and the body to the extent of altering one’s consciousness but there are tools that can help. Brainwave entrainment is a type of audio technology that can alter the brainwaves of the listener in less than half an hour. Listening to these specialized sounds can thus effortlessly and safely induce an altered state of consciousness.
An astral projection brainwave entrainment audio recording will typically feature theta frequencies. This is the same range of frequencies that the brain needs to produce for the individual to get into an advanced relaxation state conducive to out of body experiences. There are different types of brainwave entrainment recordings around and they’re not all professionally done – so beware of amateur recordings that don’t know what they’re doing.
Easy astral projection may be achieved with enough dedication, some patience and a little help form brainwave entrainment. Trying astral projection binaural beats and isochronic tones could lead to the adventure of a lifetime!
